Many years ago, I read a book by Rebecca Brown called, “He Came to Set the Captives Free.” I was amazed and inspired by this book; it was the first time that I had read something so amazing, especially since I was born in a very distinctive family specialized in occultism, witchcraft and magic. I always wanted to write a book like this about my life and make a movie out of the book.
I guess the life of each of us is like this. After many years thinking and overthinking the idea, one morning, I just woke and said, “it is time to write.”.
Therefore, I wrote my own story and then I started looking for an editor and writers to help me shape the work. Until that moment I had no idea how to title the book. After many online emails with Christian writers, I finally agreed to work with Matthew J. Elliott who is now the official writer for Cosmic Glory’s Spiritual Warfare articles. I decided to have scenes created from a cosmic view for a different perspective on my book. I wanted to portray the spiritual battle behind my life and share it with everyone; the things people don’t see, but know are out there. Even when we ignore it, Ephesians 6 says, “For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.”
Matthew and I spent a lot of time discussing possible titles for the book. I remember giving him several titles, but I couldn’t settle on a one for the book. After many emails, we finally came up with the title, “Cosmic: A Rise into Greatness.” We needed the official website for the book, so after praying and exchanging emails with each other, and with some input from Matthew’s wife, Traci, we finally came up with the domain name www.cosmicglory.org.
